Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026. LexRam TSR bills through a prepaid wallet. This policy explains exactly when money comes back to you.

1. The short version

  • If a report generation fails, the charge is reversed to your wallet automatically. You never pay for a report you did not receive.
  • Unused wallet balance is refundable on request.
  • Reports that were generated and delivered are non-refundable. You are paying for scrutiny work that was performed.

2. Failed generations

When the review cannot produce a report, a processing error, a system fault, the reserved charge is voided and the wallet is credited back without any action needed from you. The wallet ledger shows the reversal against the case reference.

3. Unused wallet balance

Because the wallet is prepaid, you may hold a balance you have not yet spent. Write to support@lexram.ai from your registered email with your organisation name to request a refund of the unused balance. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

4. What is not refundable

  • Generated reports, the scrutiny work was performed and delivered, even if you later decide the matter is not proceeding.
  • Land-record fetches that succeeded, the government document was retrieved and filed to your case.
  • Payment gateway charges and taxes already remitted on the original recharge.
  • Disputes about scrutiny findings, findings are cited to source pages precisely so they can be verified; disagreement with a finding is not a billing dispute. Raise it as a quality query with support.

5. Duplicate and erroneous recharges

If a recharge was made twice in error, or in an amount you did not intend, contact us within 7 days with the payment reference. Verified duplicates are refunded in full, including gateway charges where recoverable.

6. How to request

  • Email support@lexram.ai from your registered email, with organisation name and case or payment reference.
  • We respond within 5-7 business days.
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of approval. Statutory levies already remitted cannot be returned.
