Privacy Policy

LexRam AI (“LexRam”, “we”, “us”) operates the LexRam TSR platform, which processes property documents to produce Title Scrutiny Reports. We handle some of the most sensitive documents a person or institution owns, and this policy describes exactly how that data is treated.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account and organisation details, name, email, phone, organisation name, and role when you register or are invited to an organisation.
• Property documents, sale deeds, encumbrance certificates, patta and chitta extracts, FMB sketches, court documents, and any other files you upload for scrutiny.
• Case information, survey numbers, property descriptions, party names, and lender details you enter to generate a report.
• Payment information, wallet recharges are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store card numbers or UPI credentials on our systems.

1.2 Information generated during use

• Scrutiny findings, query lists, citations, and report drafts produced from your documents.
• Audit records of who accessed or edited which case, kept to make reviews resumable and accountable.

2. How your information is used

• To produce the Title Scrutiny Reports and related outputs you request.
• To operate your organisation’s workspace, case status, assignments, wallet and billing.
• To verify citations against the source pages you supplied.
• To communicate about your cases, recharges, and service updates.

Your documents are never used to train any Artificial Intelligence model. Files are processed only to produce your report and the verification trail behind it.

3. Where your data lives and who processes it

• Data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure (AWS), encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS).
• The application runs on Vercel. Payments are processed by Cashfree. Documents in transit pass through Cloudflare-protected edges.
• Each organisation’s documents are isolated at the database level, no cross-organisation reads, enforced by row-level security.

4. Who inside your organisation can see what

Access is role-based: owners, admins, and members see only the cases and functions their role permits. Every view and edit is enforced at the database layer, not just in the interface.

5. Retention and deletion

Your documents and reports are retained while your organisation’s account is active so that reviews remain resumable and citations stay verifiable. You may request deletion of specific documents or your entire organisation’s data by writing to support@lexram.ai; we will confirm deletion, subject to records we must keep for statutory or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and, where relevant, GDPR for EU-hosted deployments, you may access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent for communications. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Security

Encryption, OTP-verified sign-in, role-based access, daily backups, and independent certifications of our infrastructure provider are described in full on our Data Security page.

9. Changes to this policy
