Public sector bank formats.
Public sector banks usually want a long search period and a close look at revenue records. We hold dedicated formats for the ones below, and a generic template that covers any other PSB.
A public sector bank TSR typically runs the full chain of title over the search period, cross-checks the revenue record (7/12, khata, patta), and ties the encumbrance certificate to the sub-registrar records. The format follows the bank’s own template, so nothing has to be re-typed on submission.
Another PSB in your panel? The generic template covers it, and we will build a dedicated format on request.
Your lender is not listed? We onboard new bank formats on request. See how to add a bank.
