Housing finance company formats.

Housing finance companies answer to the NHB as well as to a credit committee, so their formats ask for a full technical and legal evaluation. We hold dedicated formats for the HFCs below.

An HFC report usually pairs the legal scrutiny with the technical: the construction status, the approvals, the valuation. The dedicated formats below fold both into one report that matches the lender’s template.
