Why a bank format is not a nice-to-have.
A report a bank’s legal desk has to reformat before it can use it is a report that costs you another day. A dedicated format arrives the way that lender already reads it shipping nothing extra.
The search period
Every lender sets one: 13 years for some, 30 for others. A dedicated format pins it so the report covers exactly the window the lender requires.
The section order
Lenders read the report in a fixed order, and a report that does not follow it gets bounced. The dedicated format matches the lender’s own sequence.
The field mapping
Survey numbers, extents, parties, encumbrance entries: each lender names and orders these its own way. The format maps your data into that layout directly.
The annexures
Schedules and annexures the lender expects are produced in the right shape, not bolted on afterwards.
We produce 40+ bank-specific report formats, and add new ones on request.
